I was recently diagnosed with breast cancer. Luckily it was picked up very early and it was very small, so I’m basically fine. After many years of paying for a Total Care Plan, amongst other insurances, my husband and I noted that you could make a claim for this, and we thought Yay, something to cheer us up. However, we were then notified that (according to Very Small Clause no normal person ever reads) because I had just turned 70, I was no longer eligible. It was then that Joe swung into action. Somehow he negotiated a payment for an amount I could not believe. At a time like this when there is so much financial insecurity and stress, it has relieved a huge burden. I am so thankful that we used this trained and dedicated advisor.

After experiencing a major motorcycle accident I contacted Joe Vitale, from whom I had purchased an income protection policy some years earlier. Having advised him of the situation, Joe immediately contacted the insurer and went to work to maximise my entitlements whilst minimising any impact on my time.
The last thing I needed whilst spending some 3 years having operations and undergoing rehabilitation was something else to worry about, particularly as I had lost my income as a result of the accident.
Joe managed to secure me ongoing financial assistance during this period from the insurer and that took a great element of potential stress from me.
